Billy Hamilton, owner of Hamilton Physical Therapy, and his mother, Carol, are recognized by 47ABC during their “Good News” segment for their donations of masks to Berlin town employees, the Berlin Police Department and other local Berlin businesses. The masks were sewn by Carol and delivered and distributed by Billy.
