Billy was born and raised in southern Maryland. He grew up playing all sports, but has a passion for ice hockey and played for the Washington Junior Capitals. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a focus in Biology, Psychology, and Military History from Salisbury University. Billy Graduated from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore with his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2006. He completed extensive research analyzing the effects of core strengthening on upper extremity function in cooperation with Salisbury University’s Athletic Department. Billy became a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) in 2014. He has been practicing since 2006 in Salisbury, Ocean City, Ocean Pines, Berlin, and surrounding communities. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA.org).
